3) Clinical Supervision for psychologists and neuropsychologists regarding test administration, interpretation, and treatment
4) Participation and consultation in Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), Section 504, and other school meetings
5) Expert opinion for legal proceedings regarding such issues as:
  • Learning disability determination
  • Academic placement and programing
  • Provision of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans
  • Functional impact of brain injury and other medical/neurological conditions

Robert Chase, Ph.D. provides services on a private pay basis. While Dr. Chase is not a participating provider in any insurance plans, he will be happy to provide an itemized receipt once payment has been received, which can then be submitted by individual clients to their respective insurance companies for possible direct reimbursement.
